KP Tissue Inc. is a publicly traded entity created to acquire, and its business is limited to holding, a limited partnership interest in Kruger Products Inc. KP Tissue Inc. trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol KPT.

Dino Bianco

Dino Bianco

Chief Executive Officer

Dino Bianco was appointed Chief Executive Officer in March 2018. He is an accomplished and highly respected executive with over 25 years of senior management, financial, sales and marketing experience. As President of Kraft Canada, Dino successfully led a business with several billion in sales, 23 brands, 11 facilities and with more than 5,000 employees. Dino has also developed a strong relationship with Canadian retailers and in 2013 was the recipient of the Food Industry Association of Canada’s “Golden Pencil” award recognizing his lifetime contribution to the grocery sector. Furthermore, he has extensive U.S. and foodservice experience having recently served as President of Kraft’s multibillion-dollar U.S. beverage division based in Chicago. During his tenure, he was responsible for driving significant growth, profits and innovation. Dino holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He currently sits on the board of Welbilt, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of commercial foodservice equipment.

Mina Fior

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Mina Fior was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources in October 2018. Prior to joining Kruger Products, Ms. Fior worked as the Vice President Human Resources at Aramark Canada. Ms. Fior is a trusted business partner and senior executive with over 30 years of HR experience in the consumer-packaged goods, retail, foodservice and manufacturing industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University and also obtained CHRL designation from the Human Resources Professional Association.

Gordon Goss

Senior Vice President & General Manager Consumer U.S.

Gordon Goss was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager, Consumer U.S. for Kruger Products in April 2018, with responsibility for all sales, manufacturing and trade marketing activities. He also currently serves as President of Kruger Tissue Group USA. Gordon joined the company in 1991 and has held positions of increased responsibility. This includes most recently as Division Vice President and Corporate Vice President U.S. and Mexico Consumer Business before assuming his current role. He has been on the Private Brands Executive Council for the Food Marketing Institute, and has been a part of several community boards, including the Board of Trustees for the Mercy Health Foundation. He holds a degree from York University and a Leadership Certificate from the Columbia University Leadership Program.

Mark Ignor

Mark Ignor

Vice President, Sales and Corporate Strategy

Mark Ignor was appointed Vice President, Sales and Corporate Strategy in 2023. Mark also leads Shopper Marketing. In his most recent role as Vice President, Business Finance Consumer Canada and Operations, Mark led the finance team in the Canadian business which also included key strategic initiatives such as the Sherbrooke TAD2 project and the Sherbrooke Expansion project. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a CPA designation. Mark is a member of the GS1 Grocery board as well as an active member of CPA Canada and CPA Ontario.

Chief Marketing Officer – Consumer Marketing

Susan (Banbury) Irving was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Kruger Products in March 2020. Susan is an industry leader with a passion for brands and a reputation for delivering business results through strategic integrated marketing campaigns. An accomplished senior marketing executive with over two decades of experience leading many successful global brands, Susan has been recognized with several industry accolades, including the CMA Marketer of the Year, Strategy Magazine’s Marketer of the Year, as well as the Bronze Winner of the prestigious Stevie Awards for Women in Business - Female Executive of the Year. She holds positions as a board member for Canadian Women & Sport and the Ontario Hockey Federation. Additionally, she serves as the Jury Chair for the Globe and Mail’s Cannes Young Marketers Competition. Susan's involvement extends to judging various industry award shows and delivering keynote speeches at North American industry and marketing conferences. Susan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honours from Laurentian University.

Michael Keays

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Keays was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Kruger Products Inc. in 2024. He has been with the Company since 2008 and has grown his career in various Finance leadership roles across our Business Units in Canada and the U.S. Michael acted as Vice President, Business Finance from 2020 until his appointment as Chief Financial Officer and, prior to that time, as Director of Finance since 2018. Michael is an active member of the Chartered Professional Accountant organization and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with accounting specialization from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. He is fluently bilingual in English and French.

Michel Manseau

Senior Vice President & General Manager, Canadian Consumer Business Unit

Michel Manseau was appointed SVP & GM Consumer Business in May 2018. Prior to this he was the Corporate Vice President, Consumer Sales Canada since May 2007. Michel joined the company in 1988 and held many sales positions with the company in both Canada and the United Kingdom. Michel has been active on many industry boards such as CFIG (AMC) Associated Members Council, FCPC (IAC) Industry Affair Council and GS1 Grocery Board. In 2019, he was honoured with a Life Member Industry Builder Award from CFIG for his contribution to growing independent grocers and the food industry. In 2022, Michel was the recipient of the Golden Pencil Award, the grocery industry’s highest honour. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal.

Rob Martin

Rob Martin

Senior Vice President, Operations

Rob Martin was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations in October 2022. He is an accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience in the pulp, paper, and tissue industry. Rob has a well-rounded background in finance, operations, maintenance, planning and scheduling, customer service, logistics, and strategic investment. He has worked with many different cultures across the U.S. and Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Husson University in Maine.

John O’Hara

John O’Hara

Senior Vice President & General Manager, Kruger PRO Business Unit

John O’Hara was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager, AFH in May 2019. Prior to this appointment, John held the position of Vice President, Business Logistics of Kruger Products from 2007 and Corporate Vice President, Logistics from 2009. Prior to joining Kruger Products, he worked with Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy and Operations Group. During his tenure with Deloitte, John was focused on the consumer products industry in the supply chain competency area. He has worked successfully on projects with Perrier, Parmalat and Dreyer’s Ice Cream. John holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Western University and an MBA from McMaster University.

Francois Paroyan

François Paroyan

Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Affairs

François Paroyan joined Kruger Products in July 2015. As the SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Affairs, he focuses his time on Board matters and providing practical advice to the business on corporate affairs, M&A, commercial, marketing and IP, litigation and labour and employment matters. François also worked in various in-house legal positions with George Weston and Loblaw Companies Ltd. from 1996-2007, and as General Counsel for the Canadian division of large global chemical company BASF SE from 2008-2015. François holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Ottawa and is fluently bilingual in English and French.

Chuck Stewart

Corporate Vice President, Innovation & Quality

Chuck Stewart was appointed Corporate Vice President, Product Innovation and Quality in 2022. Chuck held the position of Corporate Vice President Technology and Product Development of Kruger Products from October 2017. Previously, Chuc acted as General Manager, Region West Manufacturing, since 2006. He has been with the company for 32 years in various roles in manufacturing and technology and product development. Mr. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Queen’s University.

Bryce Tonner

Bryce Tonner

Vice President, Supply Chain

Bryce Tonner was appointed to the Senior Leadership Team in 2025. Bryce has held the position of Vice President Supply Chain since 2019, and has held previous roles such as Director North American Supply Chain, and Director Business Development – National Accounts. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from Ryerson University, and a Masters Certificate in Supply Chain from the Schulich School of Business. Bryce is also an active member of the Food Health and Consumer Products (FHCP) Supply Chain Council since 2018.

Michael Ulrick

Michael Urlick

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Michael Urlick was appointed Senior Vice President of Business Development in 2025. Mike brings a wealth of experience and tissue knowledge to Kruger Products, with more than 15 years of experience in the forest products industry. As Senior Vice President & General Manager of Clearwater Paper’s Consumer Products Division he led the business through a significant turnaround effort and eventual divestiture. Prior to Clearwater Paper, Mike worked at Georgia Pacific in sales finance roles. Mike holds an MBA in Corporate Finance & Strategy and a BA in Quantitative Economics, both from the University of Minnesota.
